In order to initiate an investigation with our delivery services, we need you to file a dispute with your local Post.
There are two options available:
- Visit your local post office. Bring your parcel tracking number and your identification.
- Call your local Post's complaints service. Have your parcel tracking number ready.
We open our own investigations in parallel with our carrier, but need this process to also be done on your side to make any reimbursement.
