If you cancel before 9am (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays) and your order has not yet been shipped, it can be picked up by our services before it is shipped and you can be refunded directly by filling out the cancellation form provided by Customer Service.
On the other hand, if you contact our Customer Service after your package has been shipped, you will have to wait until it has been delivered before you can either refuse it or return it to us. At the same time, you'll need to fill out a return form, which you can request from Customer Service.
We remind you that when you place an order you are making a commitment (you are also accepting the general terms and conditions) and that you are solely responsible for your purchase. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but please understand that late cancellations will require longer and more cumbersome procedures.
